Do you offer group registration?

Yes, we offer group registration for employee and agency groups. Registrations are consolidated into one invoice so that group members do not have to pay individually. A group administrator must register the group first and will then receive group member registration instructions. For groups of eight or more, we offer a ten percent discount for registrations received by our early bird rate deadline of January 25, 2019. After this date, regular fees apply. Seat sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.

There are no cancellations, refunds, or credits for group registrations. See Fees and Cancellation Policies.

Group registration closes on February 1, 2019.

 

Can I cancel my conference registration?

How can I switch into a different session than I initially registered for?

Requests for session switches will be accepted by email until February 15, 2019. After this date, session switches are no longer available due to meeting room assignment and capacity considerations.

 

What can I expect in terms of food and refreshments on Saturday?

On Saturday morning, coffee, tea, and morning pastries will await you upon your arrival. Refreshments and light snacks will also be provided on Saturday during the morning and first afternoon breaks.

For an additional charge of $22, you may pre-order an optional lunch – the Chef’s selection of soup, fresh garden greens with balsamic dressing or raspberry vinaigrette, your choice of wrap, and assorted dessert bars. Please note that the optional lunch is not available to purchase after February 15, 2019 or earlier if sold out.

If you have specific dietary considerations, you may wish to bring your own lunch. There are also a handful of restaurants near the hotel, only a short drive or walk away.

The venue offers water stations, so we encourage you to bring your own water bottle to fill throughout the conference.

 

I originally registered for both the Friday Evening Public Address and the Saturday conference, but can no longer attend on Friday night. Can I get a $20 refund for Friday?

Not a problem – we will refund your $20, as long as your cancellation occurs on or before February 15, 2019. After this date, no refunds will be given.

I registered for the optional lunch buffet but have decided to bring my own, instead. Is it possible to refund the $22?

We are happy to give you a full refund on the optional lunch, as long as your cancellation occurs on or before February 15, 2019. After this date, no refunds will be given.

May I bring my children with me to the conference?

Childcare is not available. Babes in arms are warmly invited, but please take them for a little walk if they have a lot to say or tears to cry so they do not disturb the presenter or audience. Active children are distracting for our presenters and participants and are best left in the care of others.

 

May I bring my partner or childcare provider with me to the conference?

Of course, but conference fees are per person, so each of you will need to register separately. Seat sharing is not permitted.

 

I can only attend for part of the day. Can I share my registration with someone else?

I won’t know until the last minute if I will be able to attend. Is walk-in registration on the day of the conference available?

Walk-in registrations will not be available. Registration closes at 12 noon Pacific on Sunday, February 24th … or earlier if all seats are taken before then.
