Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted by email to office@neufeldinstitute.org. You may cancel your conference registration for a refund, minus a $25 administration fee, as long as your cancellation occurs on or before February 15, 2019. For cancellations after February 15, 2019, a time-limited credit, minus a $25 administration fee, will be available. No refunds or credits for cancellation requests submitted less than one full business day prior to the event.
Optional registration items (Friday evening public address and/or Saturday lunch) may be cancelled for a full refund, as long as cancellation occurs on or before February 15, 2019. After this date, no refunds or credits for optional registration items will be given.
Non-attendance at the conference will not be grounds for any or partial refund/credit.
Group registration cancellations: there are no cancellations, refunds, or credits for group registrations, including optional items; however, groups may send a replacement at no extra cost. Printed name tags and session changes are available for replacements when requested by email up until February 15, 2019.
