Do you offer group registration?

Yes, we offer group registration for employee and agency groups. Registrations are consolidated into one invoice so that group members do not have to pay individually. A group administrator must register the group first and will then receive group member registration instructions. For groups of eight or more, we offer a ten percent discount for registrations received by our early bird rate deadline of March 13, 2020. After this date, regular fees apply. Seat sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.

There are no cancellations, refunds, or credits for group registrations. See Tuition and Cancellation Policy.

Group registration closes on March 20, 2020.

Can I cancel my conference registration?

How can I switch into a different session than I initially registered for?

Requests for session switches will be accepted by email until April 2, 2020. After this date, session switches are no longer available due to meeting room assignment and capacity considerations.

What can I expect in terms of food and refreshments?

The venue offers water stations, so we encourage you to bring your own water bottle to fill throughout the conference.

Optional Thursday Evening Public Address
No refreshments are served.

Optional Friday Pre-Conference Seminars
Coffee, tea and morning pastries will await you upon arrival. Refreshments and light snacks will be provided at breaks.  Lunch is not provided, however, there is a restaurant on-site and other options nearby.

Saturday Conference
On Saturday morning, coffee, tea, and morning pastries will await you upon your arrival. Refreshments and light snacks will also be provided on Saturday during the morning and first afternoon breaks.

I originally registered for both the Thursday Evening Public Address and the Saturday conference, but can no longer attend on Thursday night. Can I get a $20 refund for Thursday?

Not a problem – we will refund your $20, as long as your cancellation occurs on or before April 2, 2020. After this date, no refunds will be given.

I registered for the optional lunch buffet but have decided to bring my own, instead. Is it possible to refund the $26?

We are happy to give you a full refund on the optional lunch, as long as your cancellation occurs on or before April 2, 2020. After this date, no refunds will be given.

May I bring my children with me to the conference?

Childcare is not available. Babes in arms are warmly invited, but please take them for a little walk if they have a lot to say or tears to cry so they do not disturb the presenter or audience. Active children are distracting for our presenters and participants and are best left in the care of others.

May I bring my partner or childcare provider with me to the conference?

Of course, but conference fees are per person, so each of you will need to register separately. Seat sharing is not permitted.

I can only attend for part of the day. Can I share my registration with someone else?

I won’t know until the last minute if I will be able to attend. Is walk-in registration on the day of the conference available?

Walk-in registrations will not be available. Registration closes April 9, 2020 at 5:00 pm Pacific … or earlier if all seats are taken before then.
