Paula Duwan has a (Swiss) Federal Diploma in adult education. During 1991 to 2002, she worked in the areas of human resources development, project and event management. In 2002 she founded her own consultancy for human resources and organizational development with focus on intrafirms strategic competences development. Since 2016, Paula Duwan has been involved in education as an organizational developer. She has founded another company with the vision of organically combining learning, living and working so that learning corresponds more to the natural development process of children.

Paula is also mother to two boys, born 2007 and 2009.

Paula Duwan hat ein eidg. Diplom in Erwachsenenbildung. Von 1991 bis 2002 war sie in den Bereichen Personalentwicklung, Projekt- und Eventmanagement tätig. Im Jahr 2002 gründetet sie eine eigene Beratungsfirma für Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung mit Fokus auf die strategische Kompetenzentwicklung in Unternehmen. Seit dem Jahr 2016 engagiert sich Paula Duwan im Bereich Bildung als Organisationsentwicklerin.  Sie hat eine weitere Firma gegründet welche die Vision hat, Lernen, Leben und arbeiten organisch miteinander zu verbinden damit Lernen wieder mehr dem natürlichen Entwicklungsprozess von Kindern entspricht.
Paula Duwan ist Mutter von zwei Jungen geboren 2007 und 2009.

Paula Duwan is authorized to facilitate the following courses in the German language: Making Sense of Adolescence,Making Sense of Aggression, Making Sense of Preschoolers, and The Teachability Factor.
