We DO keep your purchase or event registration information on file but use this anonymously for our own records and reports.
We DO keep your continuing education history on file for your benefit and ours so that we can ensure you receive credit for courses that you complete, especially those courses that serve as prerequisites for further study.

If you do not sign up for our newsletter, we will automatically archive your contact information within two years of the last recorded business with the Neufeld Institute in order to make sure we are in compliance with Canadian and European data laws and standards, as well as to ensure that there is nothing on file that could be used inappropriately.

If you have done business with us and we do not have your express consent on file to send you a newsletter, we will send a follow-up email to give you a chance to sign up for our newsletter. Otherwise, we aim to leave you alone. If you get tired of our newsletters or change your mind about receiving them, you can unsubscribe with a simple click. We kindly request that you do not mark our newsletters as spam as this hurts our online reputation.
