If you registered for a course but didn’t receive a receipt or Welcome email, please first check your Spam or Promotions folder before you reach out to us — thank you.
Do I receive a certificate at the end of a course?
Yes, we provide a Verification of Attendance certificate for every course. It includes the total course hours as listed in our Course Catalogue. The hours are calculated as twice the number of course sessions plus additional time (listed on the certificate as “___ hours +”), to reflect that the material includes more than just the recorded lectures and that the amount of supplementary resources viewed varies by student.
You’ll find instructions for requesting your certificate in the Wrap-Up section of your course.
How do I request a certificate for a past Virtual Campus course?
If you missed requesting a certificate for a past Virtual Campus course through our automated certificate system, you have not missed out. If your request is more urgent, please contact us. Otherwise, please stay tuned for updates in October regarding our new certificate request process - thanks for your patience!
Can I receive continuing education credits or professional development credit hours for taking Neufeld Courses?
No, we can’t issue formal course credit as we are not an accredited educational institution. However, we do provide a Verification of Attendance certificate for every course, showing the course hours (listed in our Course Catalogue). You can use your certificate along with the course description from our website to apply for credit with your professional body or institution. It is up to each organization to decide whether equivalent credits can be earned through our courses
How do I access my past course(s) on the new campus?
If you were active on our Neufeld Virtual Campus (old campus) in September 2025, please refer to the email we sent you on September 24th or 25th with the subject “Access Your Courses on our New Campus” for further information. The email we sent includes your login credentials and provides details about your access period.
If you were NOT active on our Neufeld Virtual Campus (old campus) in September 2025, please contact us for access options to your past courses while we prepare to relaunch our campus subscription programs.
Please do not create your own username and password for our new campus (your "Simplero ID" login). We will do this for you to ensure that your course history is tied to your new account.
How does course access work on your new campus?
Each course registration includes 12 months of access to course material and the opportunity to ask questions (your “Campus Study Pass”). The access term is set per course and does not accumulate with each new course registration. Registering for a new course does not automatically include access to your past courses. For more on our courses, please visit About Our Courses.
What can I expect on your new campus?
We look forward to showing you many enhanced features on our new campus, including intuitive navigation, progress tracking, English auto-generated transcripts, and downloadable lecture audio files.
If you’ve registered with us before and are subscribed to our newsletter, your course history will be automatically transferred. Once our campus subscription programs have relaunched (by early 2026), you will have flexible options for accessing past courses. If you have questions about course access in the meantime, please contact us.
What kind of course support is available?
Course enrolment includes access to our Course Support Team, offering a chance to reflect and ask questions about course material with someone trained in Dr. Neufeld’s approach. In some courses, you can send private questions to our Course Support Team through a Q&A system. In others, you’ll be paired with a team member who responds to your reflections and questions in personal course worksheets.
If you’re a group of 10 or more looking for customized course support, please contact us to explore your options.
If you’ve taken a course and are looking for further guidance on helping the children in your care, we have trained Parent Consultants available. While their primary purpose is to support parents who have taken our courses, anyone is welcome to explore their services.
Do you still sell DVDs?
We no longer sell individual or sets of DVDs, however we still have some DVDs in stock. We're hoping for your help to get these DVDs to places where they might still make a difference. We have a special opportunity for those that wish to donate to both the Ukrainian Orphan Project and to a community or resource library. With a donation of $200 or more to our Ukrainian Orphan Project, we will mail you as complete a set of Neufeld DVDS as we can in the hopes that you can donate them to a library where parents might find them. Please contact us for further details.
If you have been through our FAQ and still have questions or require additional information that you cannot find on our website, you may contact our office.

In this flagship course of our Power to Parent series, Neufeld reveals that the keys to ease and effectiveness in parenting lies in the nature of the child's attachment to the parent, regardless of the age of the child. The course explores how this relationship is meant to develop, what can go wrong, why parents must matter more than peers, how to cultivate a context of connection, how to win back one's child if need be, and much more.

Starts January 15, 2026
Thursdays 12:00PM – 01:00PM PT
Runs for 8 weeks
$250 CAD
The impact of disrupting a child's attachments, regardless of the reason — and even when in the best interests of the child — can be deep and profound. This course makes sense of what happens and provides a way through to resolving these challenges to ensure healthy development and well-being.

Starts January 27, 2026
Tuesdays 09:00AM – 10:00AM PT
Runs for 4 weeks
$150 CAD
Dr. Neufeld outlines what needs to happen to mature emotionally, whether one is a child or catching up as an adult. This developmental knowledge is especially important as immaturity has become epidemic and most interventions make the mistake of attempting to address the symptoms of immaturity rather than getting at the roots. This model is easy to follow whether you're a parent, teacher, or therapist.

Starts January 28, 2026
Wednesdays 1:00PM - 2:00PM PT
Runs for 10 weeks
$300 CAD
The task of turning children into adults has never been more daunting. An adolescent is neither child nor adult — and therein lies much of the difficulty, turbulence, confusion, and challenge. They need us, yet need to not need us. We are their best bet, yet their instincts are to resist us. This course is organized around seven rites of passage where adolescents often need our help.
The Neufeld Institute is a registered Canadian charitable organization under the name Neufeld Institute Foundation and is also registered as a NPO in British Columbia. If you would like to make a contribution to us, please go to our donation page.
