Martine Demers is a Faculty Member of the Neufeld Institute. She is involved in leadership, faculty advising and program development. Martine thrives on teamwork and helping to bring Dr. Neufeld's paradigm throughout the province of Quebec and to all other francophone communities within the country. Martine is actively involved in intervention with her school board where she works as a Behaviour Consultant, supporting school teams with their most challenging students. She is actively involved in professional development, consultation, class intervention, networking, and accessing resources for children and their parents via various health and social service agencies. Martine has developed a Professional Learning Community for ongoing learning and support, she also facilitates Dr. Neufeld's parent education courses, understanding the importance of bringing this information directly to the source: the parents. Martine's most passionate presence is with her own family and as a mother, where she lives the paradigm on a daily basis.

Martine est membre du corps professoral de l'Institut Neufeld. Mme Demers oeuvre auprès des parents, des intervenants et des enseignants. Son objectif est de rendre accessible l'approche développementale du Dr Neufeld en version française à travers le Québec et le Canada, ainsi qu'à toute autre communauté francophone.

Martine is available to facilitate parent groups, distance education groups and provide half day or full day conferences on the following topics: The Power to Parent series, Aggression, Counterwill, Discipline, Bullies, Alpha Children, Preschoolers, Anxiety, Children's Feelings and Teachability Factor.

Martine est disponible pour animer des groupes parents, des groupes de formation distance ainsi que des confrences sur les sujets suivants: L'attachement, fondement du pouvoir parental, comprendre l'aggression, la contrevolont, la discipline, l'intimidation, les enfants alpha, les enfants en bas ge, l'anxit, que faire des motions d'un enfant et l'enseignabilit.
