Elana took over the leadership of our Hebrew language program in 2024 from her mother, Shoshana Hayman, who had developed this program to train facilitators to deliver these courses to parents. As a psychologist working in the schools, Elana is well-suited to bring the attachment-based developmental approach into the educational system as well as to helping professionals.
