Whether returning to school or staying at home, the emotional health of our students is of utmost concern. We address these concerns in two upcoming webinar panels, the first panel focusing on home education and the second on the school setting.
In this second webinar panel, Emotional Health and School, Tamara Strijack will join Eva de Gosztonyi, Deborah MacNamara and Hannah Beach to discuss approaches in safeguarding your child’s feelings and keeping their hearts soft while navigating in a school environment.
In these changing and challenging times, many of our children are struggling with anxiety, aggression, resistance and other emotionally-driven behaviours. When it comes to the emotional health of our students, sometimes we can feel at a loss in knowing how to help. In this webinar panel, we will take a peek into the emotional world of a child, and how we might create the conditions necessary for a child to feel emotionally safe at school. We will explore practical ideas for fostering our students’ emotional health and well-being, which naturally sets the stage for learning.
