Making Sense of Troubled Kids
We cannot effectively address problems we do not fully understand and making sense of troubled kids has always been rather daunting. Fresh insights from neuroscience are providing us with a new way of thinking about the underlying dynamics and thus hold much promise for finding a way through. By troubled kids, Dr. Neufeld is referring to those who get into trouble, who are troubled, who make trouble, and who trouble us because we can’t make sense of them. And by kids, he is also referring to the kids in us as well.
Join us for this rare opportunity to hear a live, online presentation by Dr. Neufeld on this important topic.

Time & Place
This webinar takes place from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM Pacific on Friday, September 6, 2019.
Technical Requirements and Recordings
Just 90 minutes in length, our online webinars are very easy to participate in through a AdobeConnect video classroom. A link to the classroom is emailed to participants a few days before the event. No special software or technical equipment is required. All that is needed is a high-speed internet connection. Each participant is able to see/hear the presenter and can ask questions in a live chat box. We recommend using a desktop or laptop computer instead of a phone or tablet.
All webinars are recorded, however, the registration fee is for the live webinar event only. If there are no technical issues with the recording of the webinar, all participants will be sent a 30 day link to the recording; however, since we cannot guarantee the recording, it is not considered to be part of the registration fee and therefore, no refunds will be issued if there are problems with the recording.
If a webinar is cancelled due to insufficient enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances, all registrants will have the option of receiving a full refund or credit.
Participant Cancellation/No Show:
Participants may cancel their registration for a full refund up until 4 pm Pacific on the day before the webinar. After this time, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds will not be issued to individuals who miss the webinar, either by accident or on purpose (in hopes of depending on the recording due to scheduling conflicts).
