Too often, frustration erupts into aggression. Most of us have problems with aggression from time to time. For children, the problem is exceedingly common. Aggression has a thousand faces, many unrecognized as such, including ignoring, rudeness, self-deprecation, fantasized aggression, hostility, self-attacks and suicidal ideation and impulses. The key to addressing aggression is to first make sense of it. Dr. Neufeld has done just that, tracing aggression to its roots in the primary emotion of frustration and to the failure to adapt to circumstances beyond our control. Mathieu will present the far-reaching implications for dealing with aggression in our children as well as in ourselves. This insight approach to aggression has changed the lives of thousands.
